See your data
A summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we have shared it with.
Correct or delete it
Fix anything wrong or incomplete, or ask us to delete it — except what the law requires us to keep.
Withdraw consent
Stop us using your data for the purpose you agreed to. It doesn’t affect anything we did before.
Nominate someone
Name a person who can exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
Complain
Tell our Grievance Officer if you’re unhappy with how we handled your data.
What we need to find your data
The email address (and phone number, if you gave one) you used with us, and the reference number from our confirmation email if you have it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address before we act on it.
What happens next
You get an email confirming your request with a reference number. We reply within 30 days. If we can’t do what you ask — for example because the law requires us to keep something — we explain why.
