Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
- - All content, code, and materials developed by Resworb Solutions for the client are the intellectual property of Resworb Solutions until full payment is received
- - Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed content will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information obtained during the term of the agreement confidential, except where required by law.
Termination
- - Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure such breach within 15 days.
- - Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Limitation of Liability
Resworb Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of the revised terms.
